Open Settings → Members to invite people by email.

| Owner | Billing, members, domains, publish, delete workspace |
| Editor | Write, organize, publish, review suggestions |
| Viewer | Read drafts in the dashboard; cannot publish |
Groups
Access groups on a section or article restrict who can read it on the public site. Empty groups means unrestricted (for visitors allowed by help-center visibility).
